In other news, I can't make it to ALA this January. This means I won't have much new content up for even longer. Hopefully I can finish/make some costumes in time for Anime Conji or a local cosplay gathering. I will be posting progress on my blog once I get the chance.
Most likely going to finish Harlock and possibly Kei Yuki, and then begin on Raiden's suit.
I may finish Klan and throw together a Naomi costume for fun too, depending on how things go time wise. My biggest problem right now is motivation to sew; I've had a real creative block after making Old Snake. I'm too focused on MGS costumes right now...I think I could continuously work on Raiden, but I need to finish Harlock and Kei first.

I totally feel ya on the lack of drive/creative block with sewing...Up until this last week, I had not touched my machine since late October... and prior to that, early July.
I have a question for you though (possibly for a later con this year if you get Klan done).... how would you feel about doing a "Fairy Squadron" group cosplay? I would love to see Klan with a Nene Roma and Raramia Reremia.
But I very much understand the cosplay burnout, I'm putting off starting a new outfit, and even working on my existing outfits till after ALA. Holidays are just too much to work through!
Aww, I was looking forward to seeing you at ALA, I'm bummed you can't make it... but there are plenty of other cons to make up for it! ^^ I'll see you at Conji, and I always look forward to seeing some new progress!
